Ways to Order:
Shop Online
- we continue to add resources and information to our online
shopping cart. Place your order securely and expect
shipment within 24 hours when items are in stock. See our
shipping policies here.
Phone Orders - we are available to take your phone order,
especially when you don't feel secure providing credit card
information online. Please leave a detailed message if we
are unavailable. Oftentimes, we're working our number one
priority - teaching a class, and so are unable to respond
immediately. We will return your contact as soon as
possible and on average return calls within 1 hour the
same day. You may also email us using our
contact information.
Purchase Orders - schools and learning centers may
purchase using purchase orders. Please be aware that
software pricing is different for school-based licenses.
The pricing in the shopping cart reflects home licenses.
Please call us for a quote. Fax all purchase orders to:
360.851.8103. Purchase orders from qualifying
institutions should include identification of the tax exempt
certificate numbers to avoid sales tax charges.
Special Offer/Discount Codes:
1) Enter the code into the "Enter OFFER CODE and press
SUBMIT" box at the Checkout stage to see the item prices
adjusted for the discount at that time.
2) Special Offer Code with FREE Shipping:
a) When offered together with a discount, Free Shipping is
available only via ground shipping - UPS or Media Mail. Expedited
shipping service is expressly exempted from the FREE Shipping
offers and special offer codes. Your final shipping total
will be manually adjusted by us, after your order is submitted,
to reflect the Free Shipping.

Parent/Tutor Coaching
To benefit from our years of experience
of guiding parents and tutors in the use of these resources, and
our parent/homeschool know-how, we encourage you to take part in
our Parent Coaching service through which we guide you using
more in-depth discussions of your children's needs, your goals
for them, and appropriate educational resources available for
in-home, tutor, or learning center use.
Contact us to schedule
a coaching time. Coaching sessions are available in 15, 30, and
1 hour increments.
Payment and Order Processing.
Mail Check Payment Option:
We are so glad to feel that we can trust the individuals and
families we serve and have built relationships with over the years.
We understand how challenging it can be to trust a stranger with
your credit card information, which is why our site is protected
with encryption software when you are inside the shopping cart and
when you submit your credit card information.
We also understand that, even with
encryption, many of our customers would prefer not to share credit
card information with the vendors they do business with.
That's why we offer the "Mail a Check" payment option.
Please feel free to
email us for our
mailing address.
Your shipment will be packaged and then
sent, by the shipping method you've chosen, once your check payment
is received and has cleared our deposit account.
Please allow 7-10 days for checks to clear once they are received
by us. Check re-processing charges and transaction fees
incurred when processing your check payment, are the customer's
responsibility to pay before shipment.
Credit Card Payments:
ThinkingToLearn operates under an SSL-security certificate
to ensure that your credit card information is secured.
In fact, we do not receive into our accounting software your
credit card number in order to process your order. Our shopping cart software uses your credit card details to obtain
an authorization for the charge at the time that you check out.
We do not 'final' charge your card until the order is completely packed for
shipment. If the actual charge is refused by your credit card
company, we will notify you to resolve the charges. Please be
sure to include a contact phone number on your order, for our use
for that purpose.
Canceling an Order
Cancel an order at any time prior to
shipment by using our toll free number or
contacting us by email.
We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.
Return Policies and Procedures:
You may return most items in
resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund of product cost. Opened software may be returned
only if technical support staff are unable to resolve
technical issues related to software implementation.
We will pay the return shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error (we shipped the wrong
item).
If you need to return an item,
please
contact us.
Exchanges:
We are happy to help you exchange
your new item, which is in resalable condition, for another item of
the same or higher value within 30 days of your
purchase. We do not exchange software programs,
however, unless the need for an exchange is a result of
our error (you received an incorrect or defective
software program)
If you would like to exchange an item, please
contact us.
We will send you the return shipping address. Unless the return is a result of our
error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Only items received in resalable condition will be exchanged.
Please package your item well to protect its condition.
Generally, using soft-sided envelopes rather than a box, will
result in a damaged product being received at our site.
We will pay the shipping
costs of the exchanged item(s) if the exchange is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) We will
send the correct item at our expense, including a check for the
USPS media or Priority mail costs of returning the item to us.
When returning your item, please purchase a Delivery
Confirmation and consider insurance for your package.
